Katherine Bowman MAAT, our Managing Director, brings over 17 years of accounting experience to her role. A licensed accountant, Katherine has worked across a diverse range of business types before launching Munro Bowman. Her aim? To offer clients a service grounded in trust, long-term planning, and real personal support.

Creating her own practice after maternity leave, Katherine envisioned a firm built on lasting relationships and high-quality service. Outside the office, she enjoys travel, music, and spending time with her family

Neil Kellaway FMAAT, Director, brings over 15 years of accounting experience to his role. A licensed Accountant, Neil has worked across a diverse range of business types before joining Munro Bowman.

He specialises in ensuring outstanding service and the very best experience is delivered to customers. Outside of work, Neil enjoys most sports, mainly football, and spending time with his family.

Phoebe Bowman brings a broad professional background to the team, having spent seven years living and working in Toronto, Canada. With extensive experience in IT Service Management, Phoebe worked for the Canadian government for four years, supporting large-scale systems and delivering reliable, user-focused solutions.

Alongside her IT career, Phoebe has also worked in an accounting role, where she supported key areas including payroll, expense reconciliations, and invoicing. She values accuracy, organisation, and dependable support, and enjoys contributing to long-term, trusted working relationships.
